After leaving my decade-long career as a Radio City Rockette and Nike Master Trainer, initiating a divorce, building two multiple 6-figure businesses, and navigating challenges with grief, self-judgement, burnout and perfection, I learned that results were easy to find, but fulfillment and freedom were a different story.
Whether in the business space, consulting coaches, business owners and teams on productivity, mindfulness and sales energetics, or in the personal space supporting multi-faceted, high-achievers in breaking through the ‘should’s’ and societal expectations so they can be their fullest selves and live a life they love, I’m obsessed with supporting my clients in elevating their health, wealth, and relationships.

I created this membership because I know that many chain breakers and full out women actually feel like black sheep. They feel isolated, alone, and often misunderstood. In order to fully flourish, to be seen, to be bold, to make moves, to truly step into a full out life, women need community. Back when I was a Rockette, we had a saying 'better together', and I truly believe it.
